About Us
Magic City Drywall is a drywall contractor serving homeowners, condo owners, property managers and builders across Miami. We repair and install drywall, fix damaged ceilings, and finish walls with the texture and paint you want.
One Crew, Start to Finish
Most drywall jobs touch several trades. We also handle the work that usually surrounds a drywall job — metal framing, insulation, stucco, popcorn ceiling removal and interior painting — so there is no waiting between contractors and no finger-pointing if something is not right. One crew, one written quote and one point of contact, from bare studs to a freshly painted room.
Built for Miami
Humidity, storms and AC condensation make moisture the main threat to drywall in South Florida. We match the board to each room, with moisture- and mold-resistant products where they belong and fire-rated board where the code calls for it. Much of Miami lives in condos and apartment towers, so we plan around building rules such as approved working hours, elevator reservations and proof of insurance, and can provide a certificate of insurance for your association.
A Clear, Written Scope
Your estimate names the board type, finish level, texture and paint, so you know exactly what you are paying for and can compare quotes fairly.
